TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

Easy Life Trip reserves the right to change pricing and amend inclusions/itineraries regarding hotel/supplier policies.

Please note that we act as booking agents for the various suppliers we have packages with; therefore, bookings will form a direct contract between you and the relevant supplier and will be subject to the respective supplier's standard terms and conditions. A copy of their Terms and Conditions is available upon request. 

Easy Life Trip acts as an intermediary/agent and therefore accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or death which any Client may suffer as a result of any act or omission on the part of or the failure of the hotel/property to fulfil its obligations in terms of the package purchased. 

We may alter information and offers on this website, including these terms and conditions, from time to time. Any amendment to the terms and conditions will, with immediate effect, be binding on website users. 

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. Bookings are confirmed on full pre-payment of the booking being made.
2. Cancellation fees of 50% are applicable for bookings made in advance 14 days before the booking date—full cancellation applies for bookings made under this time frame.
3. Failure to make payment timeously will cancel your provisional booking automatically.
4. Should the Client amend their booking at any stage, either in the form of a date change, itinerary amendment or any change whatsoever, Easy Life Trip reserves the right to charge an amendment fee per booking. One itinerary amendment is free. Therefore, each difference may be charged CAD50 per amendment per person and the package price. 

DOCUMENTS

1. Documents (vouchers, itineraries, etc.) are only prepared and emailed to you on receipt of full payment of your Easy Life Trip package, and documentation will be sent to you on completion of our Booking Form and Indemnity Form, and will be ready 48 hours after payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.  
2. Please check your vouchers for finer detail on receipt thereof. If there are only inaccuracies on any of your vouchers, or should you have any further queries, you should contact Easy Life Trip. 
3. Easy Life Trip will not be liable for any delay and loss due to any inaccuracies on any travel documents once you are in receipt; the onus is on you to check detail before arrival at the relevant hotel booked.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Credit Card payment may be made using Visa or Mastercard via our online secure payment portal plus a 3% services charge. 
2. We accept EFT/Wire transfers. However, cash is not received due to high cash deposit fees and our margins being so low.  If EFT or Wire Payment is made within one week of your Tour Package, it should be an "Immediate Payment" to reflect timeously.  Client bears the bank charges of any EFT/Wire Payments Transfer from your local bank. 
3. E-transferred is accepted in local Canada to payment@easylifetrip.com without any service charges. 

UNSCHEDULED EXTENSIONS

1. In the unlikely event of an unscheduled extension to your package after arrival at a property/hotel, these additional costs must be settled for at the relevant hotel directly by yourself.
2. Easy Life Trip cannot accept liability for changes, omissions, or delays before or during your package arrangements due to technical difficulties, weather conditions, strikes, epidemics or communication breakdowns.

AMENDMENTS MADE BY THE CLIENT

1. If you wish to change your booking, we will endeavour to assist you in making the change where possible.  Change fees or additional costs for additional services will be for your account and payable in advance.  If changes are made on-site, any unused services will not be refundable.  

AMENDMENTS TO YOUR PACKAGE

1. If needed, we would, at our discretion, amend your package date or suggest an alternate hotel to avoid compromising your Tour Package. 
2. We will make every effort to comply with confirmed packages and rates, but we reserve the right to make changes to your arrangements if required.
3. Should any component confirmed by Easy Life Trip be cancelled by a supplier, we cannot accept liability but will endeavour to provide a similar/same tour package. 
4. All quotations or estimates provided by or bookings made with and services rendered by or on behalf of Easy Life Trip are subject to these terms and conditions. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

1. All client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

FORCE MAJEURE

1. Aside from the terms stated in these T&Cs, Easy Life Trip cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure."
2. Force Majeure means an event occurs that results in us/our suppliers being unable to deliver the said services due to circumstances such as but not limited to war or threat or war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, epidemics such as SARS, Coronavirus and the like, fire and all similar events outside our control.

LEGAL

1. This document, along with our Booking Form, invoice, and voucher, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.  No party shall be bound by any representation, warranty, or promise of the like not recorded herein.
2. All costs and disbursements, including legal expenses, shall be for the Client's account.  This agreement shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed by Consumer Protection BC.

COPYRIGHT

1. Content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, designs, colours, layouts, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property, is the property of Easy Life Trip and its suppliers. 

COVID-19

1. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they comply with all the applicable Government regulations under the Disaster Management Act for COVID-19.

DISCLAIMER

1. We, Easy Life Trip, endeavour to ensure all material contained herein is accurate from an information and price perspective. However, Easy Life Trip, its employees, travel planners and associates shall not be liable for any loss or damages of whatsoever nature that may be suffered, whether directly or indirectly, by any errors or inaccuracies on the website or resulting from the use of or inability to use this site or the information contained herein.  The specific details of properties and products are subject to change without prior notice.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. Easy Life Trip will prepare a quotation for the proposed package within three business days.  A 50% non-refundable deposit, as specified in the source, is required to confirm the booking.  If bookings are made one month before the Tour Package date, the complete 100% will be due.
2. Vouchers and final itinerary/confirmation documentation will not be issued without full pre-payment, and the booking will not be deemed confirmed without full pre-payment.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

1. Documents (vouchers, itineraries etc.) are only prepared and released on receipt of payment of the Tour Package in full.  All vouchers, passes and tickets issued by Easy Life Trip to you are subject to the hotel/property's terms and conditions.

AMENDMENTS

1. No amendment, cancellation or waiver of any term or right referred to herein shall be valid or binding unless reduced to writing and signed by the Client and a duly authorized representative of Easy Life Trip.

REFUNDS

1. No refunds will be considered in any circumstances whatsoever. However, Easy Life Trip may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund in the event of the death or severe illness of the client. Rebates by the hotel properties will be subject to their terms and conditions. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Participation in any packages arranged by us and provided by any of our Suppliers is undertaken at your own risk.
2. Easy Life Trip, its directors, staff or suppliers will not be liable for any claim for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any person, whether to their person or property, howsoever caused, whether or not arising from any act, omission, default, or negligence on the part of Easy Life. Trip.
3. Easy Life Trip acts as an agent for third parties and, as such, holds themselves free of responsibility or liability for any delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever, including loss/delay/damages/dissatisfaction caused by their party's products and services.
4. Easy Life Trip shall be exempt from all liability regarding any claim whatsoever as aforesaid, the Client acknowledging that, in the case of a defective product, it is unreasonable to expect Easy Life Trip to have discovered the Tour Package flows in advance at a hotel property/supplier.
